What staging platform system do you use?
Our staging is based on Prolyte StageDex TopLine decks measuring 2 m × 1 m, with an aluminium frame and non-slip birch plywood surface. The deck is published with a maximum uniformly distributed load rating of 750 kg/m² under specified conditions, but that is not the guaranteed capacity of every assembled stage. Permitted loading depends on leg type, stage height, configuration, load distribution and intended use.
What stage heights are available?
Prolyte standard StageDex legs are listed in lengths from 20 cm to 100 cm, in 10 cm increments. Finished stage height and configuration must be confirmed for the event and venue.
What information do you need for a stage hire quote?
Please provide the event date, venue, stage dimensions and height, intended use, access details and setup/collection schedule.
Do you deliver and set up staging?
Delivery, setup and collection can be quoted depending on the configuration, venue access and event schedule. Confirm these requirements before booking.
How much does stage hire cost?
Pricing depends on the stage footprint, height, configuration, venue, hire period and service requirements. Request a quote for your event. All hire prices exclude VAT, delivery, setup and collection.
Can I hire a stage for a conference?
Stage platforms may be suitable for speakers, panels, awards and presentations. The configuration and load requirements need to be assessed against the intended use and venue.
Can I hire AV equipment with the stage?
